MASKING SPRAY JIG.
This is a very basic spray masking Jig, which use aircylinder and foot valve to control up/down the maskingplate. Leaner bearing are use to guide the positioningof the masking plate. The masking blade are made ofstainless steel for easier to clean at the end of the day.Extra masking Blade are advice for higher out putindustries to change and clean due to thicken paint on the masking blade.
Sony Plasma TV Masking Jig
This Customize design Plasma TV Screen Panel arefabricate specially for our customer . It is control byair by using hand valve and cylinder to close four largemasking plate with blade tip. The size of the Jig are5'ft (L) X 4'ft(W) X 3'ft(H) and its the biggest we have build for masking jig. As it is big yet it perform to thedetail requirement of our customer.

This jig perform on small parts and the masking willbe up most precision to half a hair line. As you can seepicture on the right show between two colourscombination of Silver and Black. Reclaim Rubber Products
By reclaiming those parts, the steel parts can be reused and reprocessed as new product. Since steel price have been increasing every year and by selling rejected parts for scrap would not salvage any losses or add value to the company. With the reclaiming process, the company can save on additional materials, labour and process costs to further fabricate the steel parts.
